Julie has worked with high growth business owners, directors and VC funded entrepreneurs for many years and has first-hand experience of starting, growing, and selling a business. She can empathise with the stresses of leading a small business striving to grow or growing too fast and help to develop the leadership skills to deliver success.

Typical assignments have included coaching:

  • a founder director to build capacity for growth through the team development and find greater work/life   balance for herself
  • joint founding directors to develop their business and manage relationships with VC funders
  • new directors to step up to roles, develop business processes, and manage relationships with partners
  • a CEO to cut costs and position for eventual sale and exit
  • a business partnership to establish roles and responsibilities with robust reporting structures

Julie typically works with businesses already turning over £1 million + and employing staff either full-time or as associates. She has worked across a variety of Business Sectors including Hi-Tech, Biotech, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Consulting, Publishing, and Recruitment.
